Carl Hughes, Sports and Recreation Officer

Carl has worked for Armthorpe Parish Council since 2009 when he was appointed its Sports and Recreation Officer. He is responsible for raising the profile of sport and creating physical and social opportunities for people of all ages within the Armthorpe community.
